Chamber Connection: What’s new with your organization?
Hadley’s: Pretty much everything with us is ‘new’ in that we’re a brand new concept in the restaurant business.  We’re trying to get in the Fast-Food and Home meal replacement niche, with emphasis on southern favorites, such as slawburgers, cornbread bowls, dill-dipped chicken, bbq’d bologna, etc.
Chamber Connection: What’s helped your organization become successful in our community?
Hadley’s: It might be too early to say at this point we have been successful, but we are diligently seeking ways, not only through charities and school programs, to make Jackson and West Tennessee a better place to live because we’re here!
Chamber Connection: What does your organization do that most people don’t know about?
Hadley’s: We’re trying to start up a catering service for area industries and retailers.  This is one area we need to develop, and let people know it’s coming!

Chamber Connection: What are some recent successes your organization has experienced?
Hadley’s: We’ve put together a better menu selection after our initial opening, primarily with regard to ‘plates’ (fish, chicken, etc.), and a value menu.  Obviously, as new as we are there will be more additions and changes to come, and we’re working hard to act on the feedback we’ve gotten from our customers.
Chamber Connection: Do you have any community projects you are involved in?
Hadley’s:  We are trying to become very active in some of our local charities, and are also developing a school program to reward kids for good grades.  For example, we supplied the calendars for The Hope Center, and are also donating 10 percent of our December sales to the Jackson Salvation Army.
