Union University’s online Master of Business Administration degree was recently ranked as the top such program in the state of Tennessee and the 12th in the nation.

Best College Reviews is a ranking service that began with the goal of competing with U.S.News & World Report as an independent college review journal. In its online MBA rankings, Best College Reviews surveyed nearly 200 programs and ranked universities based on academic quality, flexibility-enhancing characteristics and affordability.

“The fully online MBA offered by Union University places highly in our rankings due to flexibility and the program’s unique vision,” Best College Reviews writes. “Students may opt for a general course of study or pursue an emphasis in human resource management through the online program. An accelerated option is also available for students close to western or central Tennessee.”

The review noted that all business degree options at Union are Christ-centered and focus on ethical components as well as quantitative methods of business.

Jason Garrett, dean of the McAfee School of Business at Union, expressed appreciation for the ranking.

“While we do not chase rankings, we are honored that the Union MBA is again recognized as one of the top online MBA programs in the country,” he said.
