Shanice Creasy

Town & Country REALTORS® welcomes its newest agent, Shanice Creasy, to the team. Shanice joins Town and Country as a newly licensed real estate agent, ready to undergo the company’s in-depth training and already being mentored by several top agents.

Originally from Cape Girardeau, MO, Shanice has lived in Jackson since 1999, and she is a graduate of Northside High School. She was a competitive cheerleader for 10 years, and in 2015 she began her professional career in dental practice management. Her experience in that field developed the customer service, knowledge, and professionalism that she takes pride in.

“I love being available to help others,” she said. “Real estate transactions can be tricky at times, but it doesn’t have to be scary. I’m proud to have the opportunity to educate clients on navigating the process, whether they’re first-time buyers or frequent investors.”

When not bringing her warmth and knowledge to clients, Shanice loves spending time with her family, including her three sons, two of which are twins. She and her family are members of Fellowship Bible Church. In her spare time, she loves to be involved in small groups with her church and volunteering around the Jackson area.

“I’m glad to call Jackson home,” she said. “It’s a great place to start or raise a family, and I’m proud to raise mine here. Jackson has wonderful schools and hangouts for anyone’s tastes. I look forward to helping everyone find their next dream home or investment in this lovely city.”
