The Ned R. McWherter West TN Cultural Arts Center invites you to come and enjoy “Celebrate Watercolor Painting!” in the main gallery by the Tennessee Watercolor Society and “Wetlands” by Wendy Hailey Kim in the upstairs gallery.

Doors are open daily from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

There will be a reception for these artists Tuesday, Sept. 3, from 5-7 p.m.

The exhibits and reception are free and open to the public.
