Do you have a New Year’s Resolution to become healthier and get more active? If so, join the LIFT on January 1st to kick start your NEW year in the right direction!

5K participants will receive a long sleeve race shirt with their entry if registered on or before Dec. 18th. Participants registered after Dec. 18th, 2017 are not guaranteed a long sleeve shirt.

The 5K will start at 10am. This race will start and finish at LIFT Wellness Center.

Runners will be asked to move the front of the start line and walkers will be asked to move to the back of the start line before starting the race!
