LIFT will host the 6th Annual Commitment Day 5K Run/Walk on January 1st, 2020 @ 10 AM.

We want to get the whole family involved! So our race is open to all ages!

The 5K will start at 10am. This race will start and finish at LIFT Wellness Center.
