
Joyce Welch
Joyce Welch joined the chamber staff in 2008. She is a graduate of the Jackson Area Vocational School, Dale Carnegie Training and a 2016 Leadership Jackson graduate. As office manager for the Jackson Chamber, Joyce is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the chamber and provides administrative support in various areas within the chamber. Welch assists in chamber development projects, Jackson Chamber Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings, Partners-in-Education and the Jackson Convention and Visitors Bureau. She also serves on the Chamber Wellness Committee. Joyce has two children, Victor Randolph and Bianca Welch; daughter-in-law, Dorlisa Randolph; and four grandchildren, Demaia Ross, Gabrielle Randolph, Shakira Clark-Welch and Morgan Randolph. The earthly number one person in her life is her mother, Viola Kelly Lewis. She is a member of Medon CME Church where she serves as church secretary, steward chairman and sings in the choir. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys walking, going to thrift stores, helping elderly people, going to movies and plays, dancing, ball games, and spending time with her family.
