Vicki Bunch

Vice President, Talent Development

As vice president, talent development, Bunch develops and plans the workforce development strategy, collaborating with the chamber’s economic development team and workforce development stakeholders. She maintains communication with the Jackson-Madison County School System and works with post-secondary institutions to accomplish goals to meet the needs of the business community. She identifies workforce needs from area businesses and work to fulfill these demands. Bunch joins the organization with a decade of economic development experience, including her tenure as executive director of the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce. Her workforce development experience also includes her work at Jackson State Community College and the area Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technologies. Previous affiliations include president of the West Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives (WTCCE) and Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executive (TCCE) board member. Bunch also served on the Jackson Regional Partnership’s Advisory Council and Tennessee College of Applied Technology Advisory Board. She is a graduate of WestStar and Leadership Henderson County. Vicki received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Union University in public relations/advertising with a minor in management/marketing.
