Opening of State-Of-The-Art Interstate 40 Solar Farm Information and Welcome Center

The I-40 Haywood County Solar Farm Information and Welcome Center is now open. The Tennessee Department of Tourist Development and Tennessee Department of Transportation will hold a ribbon-cutting and tours to celebrate the state-of-the-art building and exhibit showing how solar energy is harvested and how Tennessee is taking the lead in renewable energy development and creating jobs.
