“Join Ranger Easley in watching the sunrise over Lake Placid.  We will also talk about the history of the park as well as discuss the wildlife that inhabits the park and the lake.  Be sure to dress for the weather and bring bug spray.  You are also welcome to bring fishing gear if you would rather use the hour to fish.  Other recommended things to bring are binoculars, birding books, water, or anything else you might find useful.  The cost is $10 per boat and people with their own boats are welcome to join but are still responsible for the program fee.  We hope to see you there!!”
