The chamber's West Tennessee Business Resource Center offers free services to any size business. Visitors can read about the latest trends in business magazines, use a copy and fax machine for business communications.

The chamber’s West Tennessee Business Resource Center houses the Tennessee Small Business Development Center.

The Tennessee Small Business Development Center of Jackson State Community College provides free business counseling to existing small businesses and to individuals starting small businesses.

Clients are provided information and support on how to create a business plan, understand why a cash flow projection is important and how to complete one, ideas on financing, what information a loan officer needs to receive from the entrepreneur when applying for a business loan, and marketing ideas for use in your business.

Counseling is also available to a business owner experiencing that may be having problems in the areas of marketing, management, finance, accounting, technology, or other areas of business is also provided.

Training workshops and seminars on a wide variety of business topics is offered on a scheduled basis. A schedule can be obtained on the chamber's calendar or by emailing Joel Newman or by calling (731) 427-4044.
