The Greater Jackson Chamber’s Day on the Hill events in Nashville and Washington, D.C., provide opportunities for local leaders to learn and advocate directly with state and federal officials. These trips ensure our region’s priorities are heard at the highest levels, strengthening connections that drive economic growth and policy support for West Tennessee.
The Greater Jackson Chamber is heading to Washington, D.C., September 14-16, 2025. This trip to our nation’s capital will allow participants to engage in discussions regarding the important issues impacting our business community with our congressional delegation and other federal officials.
During this impactful visit, we’ll meet with Senator Marsha Blackburn, Senator Bill Hagerty, Congressman David Kustoff, and other members of Congress, along with key federal officials and agencies. The agenda is being carefully crafted to reflect the top priorities of our region, ensuring valuable discussions on issues that matter most to our members.
Transportation for the group will be provided via private jet from Jackson, with Denver Air offering direct service to Dulles International Airport. A private charter bus will provide transfers between the airport and the hotel. We have secured accommodations at the Canopy by Hilton Washington DC The Wharf, located in one of the city’s most vibrant and scenic waterfront areas. Please note that hotel points cannot be applied, as we are utilizing a group rate.
In addition to official meetings, the experience includes a welcome reception, Happy Hour, select meals, and a private nighttime tour of the U.S. Capitol—an unforgettable highlight of the trip.
Cost: $2,400 per person includes airfare, hotel stay, ground transportation to and from airport, select meals, and official programming.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations made between 44 days and 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. However, registrations may be transferable to another individual for the same event.
