Lauren Saliba, Vice President of Education & Leadership Development for the Greater Jackson Chamber, has earned the prestigious Certified Community Leadership Practitioner (CCLP) designation through the Association of Leadership Programs (ALP), a national organization dedicated to advancing excellence in community leadership programming.

The CCLP credential recognizes professionals who demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in the design, management, and long-term sustainability of community leadership initiatives. To earn the designation, candidates must complete an extensive professional development process that includes 50 hours of advanced coursework covering leadership theory, adult learning, program strategy, organizational sustainability, facilitation, and nonprofit management, followed by a comprehensive certification examination.

The national certification reflects Saliba's ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership development opportunities across West Tennessee through programs such as Leadership Jackson, Leadership University, the Leadership Jackson Alumni Association, and numerous workforce and education initiatives led by the Greater Jackson Chamber.

Saliba's achievement further positions the Greater Jackson Chamber and its nationally recognized leadership programs at the forefront of community leadership development and organizational excellence.
