With 46 years of experience and a growing presence in Jackson over the past year and a half, the company continues to focus on providing dependable automotive care with a customer-first approach.

At the local level, Manager Kachius Clay leads the Jackson location with a commitment to service and community. The mission is simple: ensure every customer leaves with confidence that their vehicle has been properly maintained using high-quality products and services, delivered quickly and conveniently in a professional, friendly environment.

“We value every customer with honesty and integrity,” Clay shares. That mindset drives every interaction, from routine oil changes to tire services and preventative maintenance.

Beyond the shop, Clay is also invested in the community. He supports his daughter’s school and mentors teenagers, helping guide young people and give back in meaningful ways outside of work.

That same sense of responsibility carries into his vision for the business. Looking ahead, Clay plans to continue growing Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Jackson, including the possibility of opening another location to better serve the community.

For Jackson drivers, the goal is simple: reliable service they can trust, from a team that values doing things the right way.
