Governor Lee, Commissioner McWhorter Announce Bobrick Washroom Equipment to Expand in Madison County
Global washroom accessories company announces third expansion in Jackson
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and Bobrick Washroom Equipment officials announced today the company will expand its manufacturing operations in Jackson, Tennessee.
Through the project, Bobrick will create 26 new jobs and invest approximately $17 million. This is the company’s third expansion in Madison County, demonstrating its consistent growth in the state’s Southwest region.
Founded in 1906, Bobrick Washroom Equipment has experienced immense growth in its almost 125 years. Today, the company operates seven manufacturing divisions across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, with trading relationships that extend into more than 100 markets worldwide.
Since 2020, TNECD has supported 42 economic development projects in Southwest Tennessee, resulting in more than 10,000 job commitments and nearly $8 billion in capital investments.
