The City of Jackson, TN is receiving sealed bids for Occupational Health Services. Bids are subject to the conditions specified in this document and the addendum until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 (per the addendum, instead of August 26, 2020 stated in the document) in the Purchasing Department at City Hall and then publicly opened, for furnishing the following supplies and/or services to be delivered in accordance with the following instructions:

The contract with the Lift expires October 1, 2020 and the city is looking for a clinic to provide services attached in the invitation. We hope you will bid on this project.
