The FREE community event is always the fourth Saturday in September and starts at 10:00 a.m. on the Huntingdon Court Square with a variety of entertainers appearing on the Carroll Bank & Trust Bandstand Stage and the Children’s Stage throughout the day.
Food and art vendors will also be available, along with Carroll Arts Storytelling, a classic car show, train rides and inflatables. The Heritage Ceremony starts at 10:00 a.m. followed by several music acts to be announced, who will take the Carroll Bank & Trust Bandstand Stage at 10:30 a.m.
