Starting on September 8th, Blues City Real Estate School will hold a Tennessee Real Estate Pre-license course on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights for 10 weeks.

How get real estate license? In Tennessee, all real estate licensees must complete two pre-license classes totaling 90 class hours of education. After the class you must pass the state Affiliate Broker Exam.
