This Transformational Workshop introduces a strength-based approach to Economic Prosperity

Building a strong community requires leadership and collaborative partners no matter where you live. As a regional leader, we invite you to claim a seat at the table of this high impact initiative blazing across Tennessee – The Strong Communities® Movement. West Tennessee is at the epicenter of this innovative approach for positively engaging residents, employees and leaders like you to recognize and utilize what you do instinctively well for positive change in our region!

So, what is this all about?

Strong Communities® was inspired by a highly successful grass roots effort to turn a school around in the Nashville area. In order to accelerate the cohesion and collaboration that fuels positive community outcomes, a workshop designed to identify, understand, and apply the instinctive talents of community stakeholders has taken the model to new heights.

Imagine what would be possible in our region if we focused on what is OH SO RIGHT with each other and with the existing assets in our community!

Imagine our delight when Rhode Island provided clear evidence of the impact of this type of strengths-based approach. After learning that they had the highest percentage of “actively disengaged” workers in the entire country, Leadership Rhode Island launched “Make Rhode Island Stronger”. After only two years, Rhode Island moved from 49th to 1st place on Gallup’s workplace performance measurement. It’s time to move the needle on important metrics for our great state!

We invite you to become a part of this “Strengths” movement across the State of Tennessee. We have the science to prove that YOU are equipped to make a unique contribution to ensuring our region and our state’s success. We sincerely hope that you attend this workshop to learn more and to discover your Unique Genius!

Based on over 60 years of research, this measure reveals your top 5 instinctive themes of talent. If you have taken the CliftonStrengths assessment before and know your top 5 themes, there is no need to take the assessment again. If you are new to CliftonStrengths, please be sure to complete the assessment before by Wednesday, June 26, 2019.
