The American Heart Association’s Heart Walk is the AHA mission in action. With activity being one of the most impactful preventive measures we can take to ensure a heart healthy lifestyle, this event is a great start! In addition to the non-competitive walk, there will also be a Red Dress competitive 5K this year!
