Hiller was launched in 1990 with just a single employee, one truck, and a commitment to the values that remain staples at Hiller today: professionalism, exceptional quality work, caring for others, and integrity. Hiller attributes their success to an unwavering commitment to those same values.
They believe that when they start with caring - about their clients, their team members, their company, their vendors, and their community, everyone succeeds. This culture of caring for others first permeates throughout the organization. They consistently demonstrate this mentality through the way that they interact with clients - showing respect for their home, time, and decisions. Hiller is dedicated to making every visit comfortable and safe for the customer. They stand by their motto: “Happy You’ll Be or the Service is Free!”
Their commitment to caring also reaches to the communities they serve - Hiller strives to be an active participant of the organizations that support them. Each year, they sponsor over 75 youth, high school, amateur, and semi-professional sports teams, as well as charitable and non-profit partnerships with regional organizations like Toys for Tots, the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. They have been fortunate to donate over $100,000 annually to these deserving organizations, and also partner with regional NCAA and professional sports teams, like the University of Tennessee, Vanderbilt University, Middle Tennessee State University, the Nashville Predators, and the Jackson Rockabillys.
Today, Hiller includes over 800 team members and nearly 600 trucks across 16 locations in 7 states. They remain family-owned and family-operated with our original founder, Jimmy Hiller, at the helm. To date, they have responded to over 1.7 million service calls.
