The Leadership Jackson Alumni Association (LJAA) is excited to invite the community to the second annual Leadership Jackson Beer Run (LJBR) on April 12 at 3:00pm.

This year’s LJBR will take place at Middle Fork Bottoms, Madison County’s newest State Park, offering participants the perfect setting to enjoy scenic views and refreshing brews. Runners and walkers alike can take part in this lighthearted one-mile fun run along the paved trail, complete with beer stops along the way. 

More than just a good time, the LJBR supports a great cause, with proceeds benefiting Leadership Jackson and Leadership University, furthering leadership development and community initiatives in Jackson.

About Leadership Jackson:  
The Leadership Jackson program was created by the Greater Jackson Chamber in 1979 to be intentional and proactive about creating informed and engaged leaders for the future of our community. It is the third oldest leadership development program in the State of Tennessee. 

About Leadership University:  
Leadership University is a youth leadership development program for Jackson-Madison County and is made up of a diverse group of high school juniors who demonstrate leadership potential. Started in 1999 as a team class project of Leadership Jackson, LU prepares participants to become responsible, ethical leaders who make a positive difference in others and their community by creating awareness in all aspects of the community.
