
John Nanney
John Nanney is Vice President, Economic & Industrial Development for
Jackson Energy Authority where he has worked the last twelve years in
the area of industrial retention and recruitment.
John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the
University of Tennessee and a Masters of Business Administration from
the University of Memphis. Prior to working with JEA, John had over
twenty years of experience in the field of facilities management and
engineering.
He has achieved certifications in Hospital Administration from the
University of Alabama – Birmingham, Key Account Management
through the American Public Power Association, and is a Certified
Energy Manager (CEM) through the Association of Energy Engineers.
Mr. Nanney also serves on the Industrial Development Board of the City
of Jackson.
