"We are honored to receive this recognition by EDGE," said Kyle Spurgeon, President and CEO of the Greater Jackson Chamber. "This award represents the collective efforts of our team, our chamber members, and the entire community. Economic development is a team effort, and together, we’ve been able to create opportunities that drive growth and improve the quality of life for everyone in our region."
The Chamber’s achievements were recently celebrated at the EDGE Regional Economic Development Awards & Community Breakfast. This annual event highlights the critical role that regional organizations play in promoting economic development and improving the quality of life across their communities.
“Jackson’s location, utility infrastructure, workforce strengths and experience in economic development are all key reasons why companies, both new and existing, continue to invest in our community,” said Mandy White, Chief Economic Development Officer of the Greater Jackson Chamber.
