Royal Heat Dance Company, founded in 2019 by Jasmine “Jas” Chapman, stands as Jackson, TN’s leading majorette dance program, where we cultivate both talent and character in every dancer.

We are rooted in the rich tradition of HBCU-inspired majorette culture, emphasizing precision, pride, and history, while also broadening our dancers’ horizons with jazz, hip-hop, and ballet. This diverse approach ensures each dancer grows not only in skill, but in confidence, versatility, and artistry. Our home, The Heat House, is more than a studio; it’s a sanctuary where young girls are empowered to embrace their full potential. In this safe, creative space, we nurture not only dance but self-worth.We teach our girls to love themselves, to stand tall in who they are, and to recognize their value in all they do.

Our motto, “Raising Royals Through Dance,” reflects our passion for transforming young women into leaders—Royals who carry themselves with grace and confidence in every step.We proudly serve our community—performing at competitions, parades, and events—bringing the excellence of majorette dance into the spotlight. We engage our youth in a meaningful, positive outlet, preparing them for challenges both on and off the dance floor.
