Logan McCoy serves as Vice President of Existing Industry and Workforce for the Greater Jackson Chamber, joining the team in 2023. He develops and strengthens industrial relationships in the community and region to support growth, solutions and workforce development. McCoy is a native of Jackson, TN, and graduated from Union University with a degree in political science.
Prior to the Chamber, McCoy worked for the State of Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development for six years as the Special Projects Director within the Rural Development division, working closely with rural Mayors, Chambers and economic developers to help them prepare and get ready for growth.
During his time at ECD, McCoy launched the Rural Hospital Transformation Program, a Statewide Historic Development Grant, and managed federal funding through the Appalachian Regional Commission valued at over $80M. He is part of the Tennessee Economic Development Council and has served with Leadership Sumner, Young Professionals in Government.
His hobbies include anything related to TN Vols, deer hunting and traveling to see his family in Chicago.
