The Willows of Jackson is an assisted living facility founded by Lee Nicholson in order to provide quality, personal care to seniors in the Jackson area who require additional assistance in their daily routines. In collaboration with esteemed physicians, registered nurses, as well as pharmacists, the Willows' caregivers work to provide each resident with the specific care and compassion they need.

The Willows began with a realization: there is a need for affordable senior care in Jackson. Through his work in Optometrics, Nicholson knew that many of his clients required either part-time or full-time assistance at home. These services, however, were often too expensive to be feasible, and this prompted him to create an affordable, upscale continuous care option. Nicholson worked to create The Willows in conjunction with Heather Galagher, who brings over 18 years of experience working within the senior living industry. 

“She has brought enthusiasm and dedication to The Willows,” Nicholson said. “Her passion is very evident in her work and leadership as we introduce our unique approach to senior living in Jackson.”

The Willows are committed to creating strong, meaningful relationships with their residents, offering a plethora of services including respite care, therapies, and daily activities. Because of a lower resident to caregiver ratio, the needs of the residents can be met specifically and immediately, with a level of personal connection that would be harder with larger numbers.
