At the Greater Jackson Chamber, we strive to strengthen our community by empowering engaged leaders, inspiring servant leadership and developing community trusteeship. We do this through our suite of talent and leadership development programming that educates and prepares current and future Jackson workforce.
Leadership Jackson’s 13-week program is designed to identify, motivate, and professionally develop emerging leaders from a cross-section of the community to help develop personal potential for community leadership by exposing them to the realities, opportunities, and challenges in our community.
Leadership University is a free program for high school juniors in Jackson-Madison County (public, independent, or home school). Its mission is to identity and develop a diverse group of high school juniors who demonstrate leadership potential. The purpose is to empower our youth and give them the tools to develop their leadership skills while making students aware of community issues.
The Leadership Jackson Alumni Association exists to encourage individuals who have participated in Leadership Jackson to stay informed about current issues, maintain and create new relationships with emerging leaders within the community, and keep abreast of opportunities that may be the perfect fit for your unique skills and interests.
